Dive Deeper

Take a closer look at the American Stories philosophy, the state of the entertainment industry, and our plans to capitalize on market demand.

The Problem

American Stories Entertainment is tackling a widespread grievance among 150 million citizens in the United States – the desire for entertainment without preachy messages or a political slant. People want authentic inclusiveness, not divisive exclusion, and content that appeals to all. They want content for everyone!

The Solution

American Stories Entertainment, with a commitment to true inclusion, instead of divisive exclusion, offers content that appeals to all. To achieve this, they have harnessed the power of the masses through the deployment of their “Showmakers”, a rapidly expanding team of individuals who actively contribute to the creation and production of their shows. By incorporating the opinions and insights of the Showmakers, American Stories has achieved the democratization of entertainment and decentralization of TV show distribution, bringing the industry closer to the people it serves.

A Quick Overview of American Stories

Diversified Distribution

ASE creates and controls its own content. We are “distributor agnostic” – meaning we do not rely on single points of distribution for our content (i.e. one network / one studio), thus ensuring we remain independent. This is very different from most entertainment brands.
The company has secured and is continuing to build an ever-growing series of distribution channels for its content. Diversity of broadcast platforms is at the core of the ASE business model which ensures that its content is never de-platformed by the whims of anyone. ASE will not go down!
SM Pursuit Home
Current platforms include broadcast agreements with the Pursuit Channel – the industry leader in outdoor programming covering more active households  than any other outdoor channel; Game+ Network – a leading broadcaster of fast-paced, action-driven shows with more than 2 million subscribers from across North America; and, ASE’s own Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV channels with more outlets coming in 2024 and beyond.

Wholly Owned Original Content

We directly create our own content and thus own our intellectual property rights in their entirety. This allows us to capitalize on all potential revenue streams from the content including show licensing, ad monetization, format licensing, merchandising, new formats, spin-offs, and more.

Fan Focused - ASE Showmakers

We develop our shows starting with research data direct from viewers, called “Showmakers”. This drives much of our creative decisions. Through a series of stages, which involve a documentary-like pilot or a mini-series, we establish the long-term profitability of the concept, make any adjustments after the initial content distribution, and then expand the specific programming as appropriate.

Where It Counts

Lavish and wasteful production costs are not part of the ASE culture. All company programming is produced by efficient creative teams who can deliver high-end broadcast quality content without breaking the bank.

The End Result of this Strategy

American Stories Entertainment has a singular mission: to enhance the lives of viewers through the creation and wide distribution of a vast array of exceptional programs. Our commitment to the mission of real entertainment for all is evident in our breadth of content, which is disseminated globally to achieve unparalleled reach and exposure. By fostering a community of devoted viewers who seek uplifting and positive content, American Stories Entertainment is securing its future as a leading provider of entertainment that enriches lives.

Global Show Distribution

American Stories Entertainment has adopted a dynamic and far-reaching approach to TV show distribution. The company’s diversified business model prioritizes the dissemination of its content through multiple channels, ensuring that a single executive decision cannot shut down its programming availability. ASE has taken a groundbreaking step towards decentralized media distribution, ensuring their free speech rights and safeguarding against censorship.
The company’s official network of channels on popular streaming platforms such as Roku, Apple, Amazon, iOS and Android, our on-going broadcast agreements with leading channels like The Pursuit Channel and Game+, as well as secondary distribution through Recoil TV and select high-profile social accounts on YouTube and Instagram, are testament to our commitment to massive distribution. This is the cornerstone of American Stories Entertainment’s business strategy and the key to our continued success.
Our “Content for Everyone” philosophy extends to having our content available to everyone, wherever they are, at all times.
We are currently slated to have more shows appearing on more broadcast, satellite, streaming, and cable channels in 2024. Stay tuned for those official announcements coming soon!

The Marketing and Sales Sequence

At ASE, we know that the viewer always comes first. That’s why our marketing and sales sequence is designed to capture their attention and involve them in the storytelling process. We believe that by putting the viewer first, we can create a larger audience and a more engaged community.
Here’s a sneak peek at what our sequence looks like:

Traditional Entertainment Media – The Problem Source

The traditional media industry, centered in the twin powerhouses of New York and Los Angeles, has unfortunately “misaligned” itself against a substantial portion of the American population through a series of cultural attacks on politics, religion, and the 1st and 2nd amendments.
These actions by a select group of top executives and talent have resulted in a significant decline in viewership among the more patriotic and traditional values demographics, representing over 150 million people, residing in the vast regions beyond these coastal elite centers.
This disenchantment presents a massive opportunity for American Stories Entertainment. By recognizing and satisfying the unmet demand for an alternative form of entertainment, ASE aims to quickly fill this void and become the go-to source for those seeking uplifting and inclusive content, free from political and cultural biases.

The Democratization of Future Media
The Ultimate Solution

The Plan – Meeting the Demand

American Stories Entertainment targets viewers who consider themselves left behind by traditional entertainment providers. This includes people in small-town America and the general population found between the east and west coasts of the USA. American Stories Entertainment’s plan revolves around creating original content using a phased approach to be able to adjust and modify programming that best serves ASE’s unique audience. ASE starts with the production of either a documentary of 80 minutes or two to four 30 minute episodes that can be broadcast. This allows the content to be shown on YouTube, Roku, etc., and on traditional TV.
Advertisers are briefed on the nature of the programming and sometimes shown past programming to provide insight into the ASE process. Advertisers can purchase product integrations in shows where their products become part of the story.
While ASE will also offer traditional advertising models, our product integration offerings allow advertisers to maximize potential viewership with “unskippable” ads, since their integration serves the show’s story and is something viewers actually want to watch.
ASE, because it controls various distribution assets on Roku, Apple, Amazon, and its own direct channel, www.AmericanStories.tv, can make future content decisions based on direct viewer and advertiser input through its public facing “Showmaker” research link located on the main corporate website here.
If a show is successful, both from the consumer perspective and advertiser response, ASE will extend the respective series for additional shows and/or additional seasons of the show. As additional seasons or even episodes are added to the series, the content can be tweaked and modified to better serve ASE’s audiences (consumers and advertisers). Consumer opinion is weighted much higher as concerns content decisions.

ASE Showmakers - You Make the Stories

American Stories Entertainment is revolutionizing the way it creates its programming through the deployment of a groundbreaking viral growth strategy and process. This new development empowers the audience to take an active role in the production of content by participating as “Showmakers.” By utilizing a cutting edge mass online market research platform, ASE invites viewers to provide input on story ideas, script selection, and even potential talent.
The result of this process is a constantly expanding database of “You Make the Stories” participants, and the development of a passionate community of millions of fans with a vested interest in each project.
ASE’s Showmakers are the driving force behind the creation of American Stories Entertainment’s programming, and their direct involvement in the research process ensures that every project is tailored to the audience’s desires and interests.

The Duck Dynasty Effect

Through ASE’s relationship with the $6+ billion master of merchandising, Kevin Harrington, as host of a series of business-related shows, starting with Beyond The Close, the company can begin embedding products in each show with the intent to deploy mass merchandising in the future.

Business Model

Income Centers

ASE revenue sources include, but are not limited to, the following:

The following section shall discuss the value ladders of free and paid services as well as products for both viewers and Advertisers.

Advertisers will be happy to see that ASE doesn’t just depend on one media platform to get in front of the right viewers. As described above, the company’s strategy is decentralized media distribution which also expands the viewer reach for its shows. Advertisers will be able to purchase traditional ad space before, during, and after the shows are broadcast.
These advertisers will also have the option to have their various products placed within the shows in a relevant manner. This can involve various levels of product or service inclusion into the shows–rapid exposure of the offering or a more comprehensive portrayal of the products or services.
Significant revenues can also be generated when outside distributors such as TV or on demand Networks buy or license the shows for broadcast or release purposes.
Another major income center for the company is the development of its own branded products (in partnership with various manufacturers) which are placed in the show and then subsequently sold in third-party stores and its own product site. This also includes digital products such as NFTs involving the cast members of each show.
Viewers will have access to a series of “movement” products (T-shirts, hats, jackets, gear, etc) and digital memorabilia. The digital memorabilia include celebrity-based collectibles and user-generated content in the form of their own memorabilia created by them. ASE plans on building a giant base of devotees that fully believe in the mission of the company. It is to this group that ASE wants to sell movement products to build brand loyalty and also physically promote the brand.

Market Projection

The entertainment industry is expected to continue its strong growth in the coming years. The increasing demand for streaming services and the rise of virtual reality technology are expected to drive the market. The global entertainment and media market is projected to reach $2.9 trillion by 2026. The growth in the industry is also attributed to the increasing use of social media platforms for promoting entertainment content and the increasing adoption of smart devices. The increasing focus on creating engaging and immersive experiences is expected to further boost the market.

Competition

As a production company that tells stories about real people, American Stories has a unique approach to storytelling that sets them apart from the competition. ASE’s focus on genuine, authentic stories allows the company to connect with audiences in a way that more fictionalized or sensationalized content cannot.

ASE Advantages

One of the main advantages of ASE’s approach is that it allows them to tackle complex, nuanced subjects in ways that feel relatable and resonant to viewers. By highlighting the real-life experiences of people from all walks of life, our shows shed light on important issues and inspire empathy and understanding with the audience.
Another advantage is that our approach allows the creation of content that feels fresh and timely. By featuring real people and their stories, our content can explore current events and social issues in a way that is more relevant and engaging to audiences. This helps us stand out in a crowded media landscape and attract a loyal, dedicated fan base.
Finally, ASE’s focus on real people and their stories allows us to create content that feels more personal and genuine. This builds a strong emotional connection with the audience, as viewers experience an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at someone’s life. This can be especially powerful in today’s media landscape, where people are looking for more meaningful and authentic connections.
