Season 4 of Surviving Mann Takes Over Pursuit Channel’s Freedom Friday Lineup

Hosted by Navy SEAL legend and New York Times best-selling author Don Mann, Surviving Mann has always pushed competitors to their limits. But this season, Mann is joined by a powerhouse in the world of combat sports: Ken Shamrock, “The World’s Most Dangerous Man.”

Shamrock isn’t just co-hosting, he’s stepping directly into the action as a hands-on trainer, delivering intense hand-to-hand combat instruction to this season’s elite group of competitors. His mindset, his methods, and his battle-tested experience elevate this season’s training like never before.

“I’m not just here to show them how to throw a punch. I’m here to show them how to win when it counts,” says Shamrock. “In the real world, you might not have a weapon. So what do you do then? That’s what this training is about; building the mindset, skill, and readiness to prevail under pressure.”

Also joining the ranks this season is returning competitor and fan-favorite Dr. Jenn, who steps into the role of co-host. Known for her grit and authenticity, Dr. Jenn brings viewers closer than ever to the competitors’ mindset, offering a boots-on-the-ground perspective that reveals what it really takes to survive the Mann missions.
